Orders and Payment
You can place an order directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase securely.

Shipping and Delivery
Yes. Orders above €75 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
For orders below that amount, standard shipping fees apply, which will be shown during checkout.
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are €5.95 for standard parcels.
For small orders that can be shipped as a mailbox package, we charge €3.95.
The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the weight and size of your order.
Different rates apply for shipping to other European countries.

Orders placed on a business day before 17:00 will be shipped the same day from our ware house.
Orders placed after 17:00 or during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
For other European countries, delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.
During busy periods, such as holidays or promotional events, delivery may take a little longer.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging.
Returns outside this period or items showing signs of use will be refused.

2.You will receive a return label from us.
3.Send the productcare fully packaged to the specified return address.
4.Once we have received your return, we will process there fund within 14 days.
Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours (for example, an incorrect or damaged product).
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different colour or model, please return your product and place a new order.
Account and Customer Support
Yes. Each bag comes with a matching dust bag, a shoulder strap, and straps that allow the bag to be worn as a backpack.
Yes. All our diaper bags come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
