GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LIA LORE

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
LIA LORE: located in Cuijk, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 74568981
Customer: any natural person or legal entity who purchases a product through the LIA LORE website
Agreement: any purchase or order between LIA LORE and the customer.
Products: all items offered by LIA LORE, including lifestyle products, bags, and accessories.

2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements through the LIA LORE website.
2.2 Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
2.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and Prices
3.1 The offer on the website is non-binding and subject to change at any time.
3.2 Prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
3.3 Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on LIA LORE.

4. Conclusion of the Agreement
4.1 The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and payment is completed.
4.2 LIA LORE reserves the right to refuse an order, for example, if there are suspicions of misuse or incorrect information.

5. Delivery
5.1 Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
5.2 The stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding these times does not entitle you to compensation.
5.3 The risk of damage to or loss of products lies with LIA LORE until the moment of delivery to the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
6.1 Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving a reason.
6.2 The withdrawal period begins on the day after receipt of the product.
6.3 The product must be:
unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
6.4 Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or other reasons (e.g., worn products or items with broken seals) cannot be returned.
6.5 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If LIA LORE or its fulfillment partner provides a return label, this is done solely as a courtesy. Using this label does not alter the allocation of risk: the customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it is received and registered at the warehouse of LIA LORE or its fulfillment partner. LIA LORE is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transport.
6.6 After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.

7. Warranty – 1 Year
7.1 LIA LORE offers a 1-year warranty on its products against manufacturing and material defects.
7.2 The warranty does not cover damage due to: wear and tear, misuse, water, drop, or impact damage, failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
7.3 In the event of a valid warranty claim, LIA LORE will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution for the product.

8. Payment
8.1 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
8.2 If payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be processed.
8.3 All prices and payments are subject to verification. In the event of fraud or misuse, the order will be canceled.

9. Complaints
9.1 Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe by email to: info@lialore.com.
9.2 LIA LORE will respond to a complaint within 14 days.
9.3 If a complaint is justified, an appropriate solution will be offered (repair, replacement, or refund).

10. Liability
10.1 LIA LORE is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product.
10.2 Liability is always limited to the order amount.
10.3 Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages will not be reimbursed.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All photos, texts, designs, and other content on the LIA LORE website are the property of LIA LORE.
11.2 No content may be reproduced or used without written permission.

12. Privacy
12.1 LIA LORE processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12.2 More information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.

13. Force Majeure
13.1 LIA LORE is not liable for any delays or shortcomings due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., strikes, illness, transport problems).
13.2 In the event of force majeure, the performance of the agreement will be suspended or canceled.

14. Applicable law
14.1 This agreement is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
14.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the entrepreneur's district.
