Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Period

• You may register your return within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
• After registration, your package must be returned within the same 14-day period.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Tags, labels, or seals (if applicable) must still be attached.
• The item is carefully packaged, preferably in the original packaging.
• Items returned outside the return period, or products that are used, damaged, or incomplete, will be refused and not refunded. In some cases, the product may be destroyed.

Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products sent back after the 14-day return period.

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking code until your return has been fully processed. Without proof of shipment, we cannot start an investigation or accept responsibility for lost packages.

Processing Returns

• Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
• Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  You will always receive a confirmation once your return has been approved and refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

Did you receive a damaged or defective product? Please contact us within 5 business days at info@lialore.com.
Include clear photos of:

1. the item,
2. the damage,
3. and the packaging.
   We will make sure a suitable solution is provided.

1. Enter your email and order number via the link below to access the return form.
   
2. You will receive return instructions and the correct return address from us.
3. Carefully package the product and ship it using a trackable method.
4. Keep your shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.
