Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Period
You may register your return within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. After registering your return, the package must be sent back within the same 14-day period.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• Labels, tags, or seals (if applicable) must still be attached.
• The item must be carefully packaged, preferably in its original packaging.

Items returned outside the return period, or products that are used, damaged, or incomplete, will be refused and not refunded. In some cases, the product may be destroyed.

Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges. Would you like a different product or color? Simply return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Please always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been fully processed. Without proof of shipment, we cannot initiate an investigation or take responsibility for lost packages.

Processing Returns
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds may then take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

You will always receive a confirmation once your return has been approved and refunded.
